I can't login to my account
If you just registered an account, you will need to validate your account by going to your email account and check for an email that is sent from us. There will be an activation code inside that email. If you didnt get the activation email, you can resend your activation code by going to login page and then click on Enter Activation Code link, then click on resend code. Sometimes our emails are sent to your spam folder, make sure you check in there. Also add our email address to your email service providers contact list so it will not be send to spam folder in the future. Please ask your email service provider on how to do that. If you tried everything and still doesnt get validation email, please contact us. Its possible you entered your email address wrong during signup.

How do I cancel my account?
You can click on settings and on the left-hand side of your screen click on cancel account.

How do I report copyright photos or materials?
Feel free to use the contact button, and provide any details on why you think the photo/material on our site is violating DMCA, we will remove the materials promptly if we think you are providing valid information.

Another member is harassing me...
You can browse to this users profile, and on the left hand side of the screen you can click "Add user to my blocked list." If the user continues to harass you after you blocked the user, please report the user with username and detail on harrasement by using the contact tab near the top of the page.

How do I change my main display photo?
Click on albums icon on the toolbar located near top of your screen, click on one of the albums, then under the images you should see "Set as Main Photo" link. Click on that.

What is the Block List feature?
While viewing members profiles or reading or replying messages in your Mailbox you will have an option to add members to Block List. After you have added someone to your Block List you will not receive any notifications, cards or e-mails from this particular member unless you remove him or her from the Block List. This feature helps you limit your contacts with people you dont really like.

How do I send an e-mail to a member?
You can send e-mail to users by clicking the button Send a message or Send a card on that persons profile or listing. Simply type in your message or select a card you wish to send and click the Send button.

How do I recognize scammers?
Scammers are mostly men pretending to be women seeking love. They will be writing you sweet e-mails saying how much in love they are and how much they want to meet you in real life.

How do I change my personal information?
Changing personal information is extremely easy. If you would like to update the information about yourself that you submitted during registration, write a new heading and description for your profile as well as editing main criteria for your matches just go to the Update your profile option on My Settings page. There you can edit any part of your personal information; save it by clicking Submit button.
